Key Safety & Optical Features

Simultaneous 4-Channel Recording & Low-Profile Design

The M8S uses a 3-channel core body (front, left, and right interior views) and connects to a synchronized rear lens for a full 4-channel setup. All four feeds record 1080P at 25 FPS at the same time, covering the front road, cabin interior, and sides. The compact body sits neatly behind your rearview mirror to minimize driver distraction.

Radar Parking Monitor

Instead of power-hungry continuous 24-hour video logging, Mrorea's radar monitoring uses microwave detection to watch your car efficiently. When the vehicle is off, the camera sits in a low-energy standby state. If a moving object enters the radar zone, the camera wakes up and records the event.

🤖 How the radar parking system works:

• Motion detection: The system wakes and starts recording when a moving object is detected near your car.
• Automated cooldown: If no movement is detected for 60 seconds, it drops back into standby to save power.
• Smart loop extension: If movement continues within that minute, recording extends seamlessly.

Low-Voltage Battery Protection

The Mrorea hardwire kit includes a current monitor. If your car battery's voltage drops below about 11.8V (±0.2V), the kit cuts power to the camera. This helps prevent the camera from draining your battery, so your car still has power to start.

F1.6 Aperture & 8-IR Night Vision

The M8S uses GalaxyCore image sensors (GC4653 front / GC2053 interior) with a multi-layer glass lens. The front camera pairs a wide F1.6 aperture with Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to control glare and balance exposure. The cabin lenses include 8 infrared (IR) LEDs that light up a dark interior for clear night footage.

CPL Optical Filter (Optional)

The optional circular polarizing (CPL) filter cuts dashboard reflections and windshield glare, improving contrast and color in bright daylight or under nighttime city lights.

Built-In GPS Tracking & Wi-Fi Control

The built-in GPS logs your route, speed (km/h or mph), time, and coordinates into the video metadata—useful supporting evidence for claims and disputes. Over the companion app on local Wi-Fi, you can review footage, change settings, and download clips straight to your phone.
