Account & Security
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you are welcome to check out as a guest. However, creating a free store account allows you to securely save your shipping details, track your order history, and gain early access to exclusive seasonal promotions.
How can I recover my account if I forgot my password?
Simply navigate to our Account Login page, click on the "Forgot Password" link, and enter your registered email address. We will automatically send you an email containing secure instructions to safely reset your password.
Payments & Promos
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide variety of secure payment methods through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards—including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club—as well as express digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I apply multiple discount codes to a single order?
Our system only supports the use of one promotional discount code per checkout. Stacking multiple coupon codes on a single transaction is not permitted.
Orders & Shipping
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We accept order cancellations as long as the request is submitted prior to fulfillment and shipment. Because our team works quickly to process and dispatch orders, cancellations are no longer possible once a package has been handled by our logistics team or carrier. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately at customer@mrorea.com with your order number.
How long does order processing and shipping take?
Orders are securely processed within 2 business days of placement and generally ship out the following day. Please note that our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday and does not ship on weekends. Once dispatched, domestic standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your geographic location.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
Yes, we can update your shipping address provided that your order has not left our facility. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as Mrorea cannot cover or assume liability for delivery issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information.
How do I track my delivery status?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will automatically email you a shipping confirmation containing a live tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking portal.

Is shopping on the Mrorea website completely secure?
Absolutely. Customer security is our highest priority. Our storefront is hosted on the Shopify infrastructure, utilizing industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal data. Furthermore, our payment processing is fully PCI-DSS compliant, meaning your payment info is encrypted and hidden from everyone—including our own staff.
What is your policy if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive an item that is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a dedicated return window. Please contact us at customer@mrorea.com within 14 days of delivery to obtain formal return authorization and warehouse details. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
