Took forever to get the product shipped. I reached out the first time for status and shipping info. I was told it had been damaged or lost in shipping. And they would send another one. Well a week went by still no shipping confirmation or information. From that point on I got no response from them. A month went by so I went on Shopify and filed a complaint. Surprise surprise. 4 days latter they showed up The product is not bad. Not as big as I thought they might be. But not bad. But shame on me for not checking Amazon. I paid $105. Amazon has many vendors selling the Sam product for $29 All of there products are way overpriced. Not checking is my fault though. And last but not least Not once did they try and compensate me for anything. Worst customer service ever. Lesson well leaned. I’ll never do business with them again
