Works great for cabinets. Next to the one I picked up from Harbor Freight (on the right in the photo), this clamp is far sturdier and much better suited to bigger jobs like large cabinets and drawers.
Well machined, square, and nicely solid and heavy without costing a fortune. Woodpeckers is just too pricey for me! I used these to keep a large subwoofer box square, and they gave me extra confidence during a nerve-wracking glue up. The hand knobs tighten down hard and lock the square in place. I'll reach for them every time I glue a 90-degree corner.
Glad I ordered these in time for a cabinet project. They work great for keeping everything aligned.
Really pleased with this. It feels like having a second pair of hands while assembling furniture. I recently retired and have been building cabinets in my free time, and it's simple to use. As I mentioned, it's just like having an extra set of hands.

I'm building some cabinets and needed an easy way to make sure the sides stayed at right angles, while also holding the boards together when joining them with simple butt joints and screws or nails. These handled the job perfectly. It took me a little while to work out the best way to attach them, but once I did they worked great. I started using the corner hole to add a clamp as a backstop for the second board, which keeps the pieces flush, and that's been a big help. They're machined aluminum and about as close to a true 90 degrees as anyone would ever need (I never measured them, so I can't promise they're exact). They feel very sturdy and should last a lifetime. One small thing I noticed: the tightening bolts aren't perfectly square, so as you cinch them down the clamp can tend to slide a bit. It's a minor nitpick and doesn't hurt performance at all. Overall a great buy, and I'll probably grab a few more so I can run several projects at once.
These arrive well packaged and are very nicely made. The beveled edges are a welcome touch for protecting both your hands and your work. The bright color makes them easy to spot for those of us who misplace things. With these clamps, I'm confident my builds come out square.
Perfect for nailing a true 90 degrees every single time. When you're making furniture, accurate angles are a must, otherwise everything turns out crooked. These have been a huge help lining things up just right, so I never have to stress about slightly off angles again.
I used these to build a table saw stand (see the pics) and they worked great with no issues. Really glad I picked them up. They arrived nicely packaged and each piece feels heavy and well made. They'd make a great purchase for yourself or a gift for the woodworker in your life. Even the way I'm using them now works well enough, and I'm confident I'd get just as good results using them the "proper" way on smaller projects down the road.
